CLEANcircle Registry Application & Disclosure Agreement

To proceed with your membership enrollment, complete the registry application below. All fields are mandatory. Your submission will be recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and cryptographic disclosure hash under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001). Before submitting, please review the full CLEANcircle Charter Membership Agreement & Terms of Service. Agreement Review & Acceptance

I have read and understood the CLEANcircle Charter Membership Agreement & Terms of Service in full, and I voluntarily accept every term of that Agreement. I understand that this Registry Application incorporates and is governed by that Agreement.

Nonrefundable Dues & Nature of Payment

I acknowledge that my CLEANcircle membership due is nonrefundable ordinary business income, fully earned by CLEANcircle upon receipt. It is not held in escrow or segregated, does not accrue interest to my credit, and may be used immediately by CLEANcircle for its operations. This payment does not constitute a real estate purchase contract, an escrow deposit, a vehicle or home reservation deposit, a security, an option to purchase, or a fractional interest in any property. Because membership credentials, intellectual materials, and priority privileges are granted immediately upon enrollment, no cash refund will be issued under any circumstance, including cancellation, voluntary withdrawal, termination, failure to utilize membership perks, or a subsequent decision not to acquire a CLEANhome.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

I agree that all documentation, briefings, whitepapers, and materials provided through the CLEANcircle portal are proprietary intellectual property of CarbonLessEnergy Holdings, Inc. I will not distribute, republish, or transmit any such materials to any third party or public platform without express prior written approval. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a material breach subjecting me to immediate termination without refund and potential civil liability.

Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Jury Trial

I agree that any dispute arising out of this Agreement or my membership shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation for a sixty (60) day period, and if unresolved, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. I explicitly waive any right to a trial by jury and agree that all claims shall be brought solely in my individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
